Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in real-time embedded systems programming with Embedded C.
• White box testing experience.
• Experience in product development cycle involving requirements, specs, development, testing and real time systems.
• Interfacing with microcontroller peripherals (PWM, ADC, SPI, I2C).
• Familiarity with IDEs such as Keil IDE, MPLAB X, Visual Studio, Eclipse.
• Tools for debugging: Logic Analyzer, Oscilloscope, DMM, etc.
• APIs and communication protocols for instrumentation control.
• Multithreaded C/C++ testing on Linux.
• Agile software environment experience.
• SCM tools like git or AccuRev.
• CI/CD in regulated environments; IEC 62304 compliance.
• Medical device software lifecycle & risk (FDA/IEC).
• ATE development lead from prototype to validated equipment.
• FDA-regulated validation and V&V support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ATE process from prototype to validated test equipment.
• Develop test strategies for real-time embedded software.
• Collaborate with design teams on hardware-software integration.
• Validate test systems in FDA-regulated environment.
• Support verification and validation testing for new products.
• Mentor team members and drive quality processes.
