• 8+ years in server, firmware, platform, software, hardware product management or related roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology products and firmware solutions.
• Strong understanding of BIOS/UEFI and platform management firmware.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, validation, manufacturing, and sales.
• Ability to balance customer value, quality, security, and lifecycle risk.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, requirements, feature scope, priorities for XCC, UEFI, and system firmware.
• Make decisions on feature inclusion, prioritization, enhancement, deferral, and retirement.
• Partner with architecture and engineering to align firmware capabilities with platform strategy.
• Own end-to-end firmware lifecycle including release management and sustaining engineering.
• Govern firmware packages across XCC, UEFI, and supported hardware devices.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, validation, manufacturing, supply chain, security, sales, and field teams.
