Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in server, firmware, platform, or related product management roles.
Proven track record delivering complex technology products and firmware solutions.
Strong understanding of server platform architecture and firmware (BIOS/UEFI/BMC).
Experience coordinating across engineering, validation, manufacturing, supply chain, and security teams.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, requirements, and scope for system management firmware (XCC, UEFI).
Lead end-to-end lifecycle of firmware management capabilities, including release planning and retirement.
Govern system-wide firmware packages across XCC, UEFI, and supported devices.
Drive cross-functional execution and align stakeholders across product, architecture, firmware, hardware, validation, and support.
Monitor customer value and market trends to inform firmware roadmap and differentiation.
