Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within software/hardware/firmware.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
  • Expertise in Jira workflows, dashboards, and Confluence integration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Drive timely delivery of commitments and business objectives.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers for predictable execution.
  • Provide clear status updates to engineering teams, stakeholders, and executives.
  • Decompose complex problems into actionable workstreams with engineering leads.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, release, and support.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve defects and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure effective communication across geographically distributed teams.
