Qualifications

7+ years of firmware or embedded systems development experience.
Strong C/C++ and Embedded Linux expertise.
Experience with PCIe architecture, PCIe switches, and server platform firmware.
Hands-on experience with hardware-software integration and low-level debugging.

Responsibilities

Location: Raleigh/Durham/Morrisville/Cary, NC (Onsite) Relocation is also fine.
Support migration from Atlas 2 to Atlas 3 PCIe switch architecture across multiple platforms.
Develop and validate switch firmware changes required for feature parity and platform compatibility.
Work with hardware, firmware, and architecture teams to support board bring-up, integration, and troubleshooting.
Assist with PCIe switch configuration, DMA routing, GPU-to-GPU communication, and interoperability testing.
Perform root-cause analysis and resolve firmware and platform issues during qualification and deployment.
Support sustainment of Atlas 2-based platforms while Atlas 3 migration activities are underway.
