Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to drive the Atlas 2 to Atlas 3 PCIe switch migration across multiple enterprise platforms. You will design, implement, validate, and sustain firmware changes in collaboration with hardware and architecture teams.

The role requires deep embedded Linux and C/C++ skills, plus hands-on experience with PCIe switches and server firmware, to support bring-up, testing, and issue resolution during qualification and deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of firmware or embedded systems development experience.
• Strong C/C++ and Embedded Linux expertise.
• Experience with PCIe architecture, PCIe switches, and server platform firmware.
• Hands-on experience with hardware-software integration and low-level debugging.
• Familiarity with data center, storage, AI, or HPC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support migration from Atlas 2 to Atlas 3 PCIe switch architecture across multiple platforms.
• Develop and validate switch firmware changes required for feature parity and platform compatibility.
• Work with hardware, firmware, and architecture teams to support board bring-up, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with PCIe switch configuration, DMA routing, GPU-to-GPU communication, and interoperability testing.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve firmware and platform issues during qualification and deployment.
• Support sustainment of Atlas 2-based platforms while Atlas 3 migration activities are underway.
