Mphasis in the Raleigh area is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to drive the migration of enterprise platforms from Broadcom Atlas 2 to Atlas 3 PCIe switch technology, focusing on firmware adaptation, platform integration, validation and sustainment to minimize disruption and enable next‑generation capabilities.

Collaborate with hardware, firmware and architecture teams for board bring‑up, testing and debugging, ensuring feature parity and platform compatibility across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in firmware or embedded systems development.
• Strong C/C++ and Embedded Linux expertise.
• Experience with PCIe architecture, PCIe switches, and server platform firmware.
• Hands-on hardware-software integration and low-level debugging.
• Familiarity with data center, storage, AI, or HPC platforms.
