Job summary

RapinnoTech - APAC & USA is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to design, implement, and maintain the OBMF-ICP protocol stack and core components. You will lead transport bindings over USB and MCTP, and drive hardware bring-up from board validation to firmware readiness.

The role requires about 10 years of hands-on C and C++, expertise with MCTP/PLDM, USB, I2C/SMBus, SPI, UART, GPIO, and RTOS or embedded Linux on ARM/RISC-V.

Qualifications

• 10 years of embedded firmware experience with C and C++.
• Hands-on experience with USB, I2C/SMBus, SPI, UART, and GPIO.
• Experience with RTOS (Zephyr/FreeRTOS) or embedded Linux on ARM/RISC-V.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain OBMF-ICP protocol stack components.
• Develop and integrate OBMF-ICP transport bindings over USB and MCTP.
• Lead hardware bring-up, board validation, and firmware readiness.
• Represent the program in OCP working groups and reviews.
• Drive architecture decisions and establish validation best practices.
