Job summary

Goldenpick Technologies LLC in Dallas is seeking a Firmware Engineer with 6–10 years of embedded experience to own the OBMF-ICP stack, USB bindings, and hardware bring-up across board-level validation and interface debugging.

You will drive architecture, verify implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust firmware for Arm Cortex-M/RISC-V platforms in an onsite setup.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of firmware experience in embedded systems.
• Expertise in C, C++, and real-time OS design.
• Hands-on with USB, I2C/SMBus, SPI, UART and GPIO.
• Experience with OpenBMC and DMTF MCTP/PLDM.
• Strong capability in hardware bring-up and board validation.
• Familiarity with Yocto, CMake, Git, and CI pipelines.
• Ability to read schematics and datasheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware bring-up, including board validation, interface debugging, and firmware readiness.
• Design, implement, and maintain OBMF-ICP protocol stack and core components.
• Develop and integrate OBMF-ICP transport bindings over USB and MCTP.
• Represent the program in OCP working-group discussions, reviews, and technical alignment activities.
• Drive architecture, resolve cross-layer issues, and establish implementation and validation best practices.
