Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior firmware/software engineer to define end-to-end firmware architecture for upcoming SOC and GPU products. You will collaborate across hardware, software, and system architecture teams to drive strategic technologies, including safety and security, across multiple teams.

Ideally you have 8+ years of experience, strong C/C++, Windows kernel-mode drivers, and a track record in firmware or software engineering.

Qualifications

Requires BS or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of relevant software experience.
Proven ability with Windows kernel-mode drivers and device firmware; strong C/C++ skills.
Experience with virtualization technologies and containers; strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Hardware, Software, and System Architecture teams to define end-to-end solutions.
Define the firmware architecture for new products and features at the core of NVIDIA's SOC and GPU firmware and software.
Lead the development and implementation of strategic technologies, including functional safety, security, and next-generation SoC/GPU capabilities.
Drive technical direction across multiple teams while ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality firmware architecture.
