Job summary

NVIDIA, a leader in AI and graphics, seeks a senior engineer to improve GPU system software, firmware, RTOS, and the build and test infrastructure. You will bring design through implementation, bring-up, and post-release support to enable other engineers to build on it.

Requirements include 5+ years in system or embedded software, C and scripting, and experience with interrupts, DMA, PCIe, I2C. You will collaborate across locations and deliver robust, low-latency software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in system software or embedded software.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent.
• 5+ years of meaningful experience.
• Experience writing C and scripting for build/test/run.
• Background with embedded software, RTOS, device drivers, and low-level interfaces (interrupts, GPIO, DMA, PCIe, I2C).
• Experience delivering software from design to release and support.

Responsibilities

• Improve the product and the build/test/run processes.
• Design and implement firmware, RTOS changes, and driver interfaces.
• Use development tools including code-generation and validation tools.
• Collaborate with hardware and software partners across locations to deliver results.
