Lancesoft is seeking a senior firmware architect to lead the design of manageability firmware for dense server platforms. You will architect, develop, and verify firmware running on an embedded RTOS, with productization for reference and ODM designs. You will collaborate with internal teams and customer groups to maximize scalability and reduce time to market.

The role requires 8-10 years of firmware experience, C/C++, and strong debugging skills, with on-site work in San Jose, CA.

Formación

• 8-10 years firmware development experience.
• Firmware for system management controllers, IPMI, DCMI, SMASH exposure a must.
• Integration with platform, BIOS and OS components.
• Embedded Linux OS and FreeRTOS experience considered.
• C and assembly programming; hardware debugging tools required.
