Job summary
Dell Technologies Inc. designs, develops, and sustains embedded firmware for enterprise server management subsystems across multiple hardware generations. You will design secure, scalable firmware and lead Agile delivery in cross-functional teams.
You will troubleshoot complex system-level issues, improve validation, quality, reliability, and security, and collaborate on OpenBMC, IPMI, Redfish, and Yocto-based platforms in a Linux environment.
Qualifications
- Requires strong C/C++ firmware and embedded systems experience.
- Experience with Linux platform development and platform management tech.
- Knowledge of OpenBMC, IPMI, Redfish and I2C encouraged.

Requires strong C/C++ firmware and embedded systems experience, Linux platform development, and knowledge of hardware/software architecture and platform management technologies such as OpenBMC, IPMI, Redfish, and I2C. Candidates should also have expertise in software engineering practices, testing, Agile tools and workflows, system debugging, and security-focused development.
