Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Network Firewall Engineer to lead the design, delivery, and support of firewall and connectivity security in a large, distributed enterprise.

You will manage firewall policies, monitor health with SNMP and observability tools, lead incident response and root cause analysis, ensure PCI/Gaming controls compliance, and help advance the company’s security posture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network security with firewall focus.
• Proven ability to design secure architectures.
• Translate complex needs into actionable security solutions.
• Experience with network automation and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable, secure firewall implementations across a large enterprise.
• Use SNMP and observability tools to monitor network health and capacity.
• Drive incident response and root cause analysis for network security issues.
• Ensure firewall configs meet PCI and Gaming Control Board standards.
