Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 13+ years of experience in network engineering, cybersecurity, or infrastructure engineering
• Active Secret Clearance or higher

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and management leadership for firewall implementation across global enterprise infrastructure
• Direct troubleshooting of complex firewall issues and coordinate with DT teams
• Establish enterprise firewall rule design, creation, and troubleshooting across 350+ facilities
• Develop high-availability load balancing, DoS detection, and remediation strategies
• Coordinate with DT Firewall Advisory Board for policy compliance with DoS/State firewall requirements
• Tune network components to maintain performance, security, and availability across sites
• Develop firewall standards, procedures, and performance management aligned with federal frameworks
• Excel in DevSecOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, SonarQube) and construct CI/CD pipelines for security validation
