Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience with hardware, software, networking, and enterprise systems support.
• Experience building, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting cybersecurity tools, platforms, and enterprise security solutions.
• Experience developing internal tools and conducting large-scale attack data analysis.
• Experience supporting operational improvements and KPI development for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and complex problem resolution in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and deploy cybersecurity technology solutions aligned with architecture standards and enterprise strategies.
• Partner with PMO and IT to integrate cybersecurity requirements throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity tools and initiatives.
• Ensure cybersecurity solutions are well-documented, operable, and scalable.
• Participate in cybersecurity and PMO meetings for planning and scheduling.
• Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies under guidance of the architecture team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance enterprise cybersecurity capabilities.
