Job summary

Kaloutas is seeking an experienced Lead Fireproofing Applicator to lead a crew on major commercial and industrial projects across New England. You will own field execution, ensure quality, and mentor junior crew members.

Compensation is $40–$50 per hour, with year-round work and opportunities for long-term growth within the company. OSHA safety and craftsmanship are emphasized, and travel to sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of commercial fireproofing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and ensure correct thickness.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting fireproofing equipment.
• OSHA card and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead fireproofing application work on-site.
• Operate and troubleshoot fireproofing equipment (Graco, Titan, Hy-Flex, Putzmeister).
• Spray beams, decks, and columns to required thickness; minimize overspray.
• Record cup weights and monitor material adhesion.
• Mentor crew members and uphold safety and quality standards.
