Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guide them through the purchasing experience while ensuring compliance with all firearms laws.
• Lead daily activities on the firearms retail floor to support client service standards and sales performance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to sales associates to improve performance and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell firearms, accessories, memberships, and range services.
• Monitor inventory and assist with loss prevention per company policy.
