Qualifications

5+ years of fire sprinkler service experience preferred.
Knowledge of NFPA 13, 13D, 13R, and NFPA 25.
Ability to read service tickets, inspection reports, and system drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Inspect, test, service, and repair fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards.
Diagnose system issues and perform corrective repairs.
Replace sprinkler heads, valves, gauges, fittings, and related components.
Perform annual, quarterly, and periodic inspections and testing.
Document inspections, deficiencies, and repairs accurately.
Communicate findings and recommendations to customers in a professional manner.
Coordinate service calls and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with NFPA codes and company policies.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment; follow safety procedures.
