Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience preparing tailored pricing quotations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Read and verify inspection failure reports.
• Review inspection reports and analyze customer requirements and specifications to prepare tailored pricing quotations.
• Create and submit inspection deficiency and repair quotes.
• Ensure quotes comply with company pricing guidelines, margins, and discount policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product details, and lead times.
• Collaborate with project managers to present and explain necessary repairs and deficiencies and address customer-specific pricing needs.
• Maintain detailed records of quotations, pricing agreements, and contracts.
