Qualifications

• Reads and understands fire protection drawings.
• Coordinates change orders and progress.
• Manages budgets and schedules.
• communicates with customers, architects/engineers.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand fire protection drawings.
• Perform onsite surveys and design coordination.
• Establish communication with customers and other contractors on schedules and change orders.
• Coordinate with sales/design on specifications and staff needs.
• Manage purchase orders, change orders, and weekly meetings.
• Lead and resolve personnel issues and project demands.
• Maintain thorough record-keeping and professional communication.
• Handle multiple projects and adapt to changes to meet deadlines.
• Monitor project budgets and identify budget changes.
• Submit change orders and ensure timely billing.
• Familiar with MS Office, Procore and similar PM software.
• 5 years of trades experience preferred.
