Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Installer III/IV in Georgia. You will install, service, and repair fire protection systems, forecast installation hours, and lead teams as needed. Strong blueprint reading and safety discipline are essential.

Required is a minimum of 8 years in the field, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to handle physical labor up to 70 lbs. On-site work and potential inspections are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of documented experience in the installation and service of fire sprinkler systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of performing physical labor up to 70 lbs.
• Able to work in ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 60 feet.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair of fire protection systems including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam suppression systems.
• Execute installation project plan and forecast installation hours.
• Allocate work as a team leader and coordinate with the construction manager.
• Review project drawings to gather necessary facts for installation.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and perform inspections if required.
