Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building solutions, seeks skilled Fire Sprinkler Installers in the United States. You will install, service, and repair fire protection systems including wet, dry, pre-action, and other configurations, while aligning with project plans and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of hands-on sprinkler experience, ability to read blueprints, and strong teamwork to support installation teams on site; a valid driver's license and background

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' documented experience in installation and service of fire sprinkler systems or equivalent mechanical background.
• Sprinkler Foreman experience.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
• Able to obtain and retain any licenses required by National, State and Local codes.
• Read and understand construction blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair fire sprinkler systems per project plan and specifications.
• Forecast installation hours and coordinate with construction manager.
• Secure all Johnson Controls tools and equipment at end of shift.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
