Job summary

adsalarm seeks a senior Fire Sprinkler Inspection Technician to lead inspections, testing, and maintenance of water-based systems. You will interpret NFPA codes, identify deficiencies, and document results with precision.

The role requires NICET Level III, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to customer sites. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler inspection, service, or installation.
• Strong working knowledge of water‑based fire protection systems required.
• Experience with NFPA standards and fire protection codes required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems per NFPA 25 & 13.
• Inspect wet, dry, pre‑action, and deluge sprinkler systems.
• Inspect and test standpipes, fire pumps, and associated equipment.
• Accurately document inspection results and generate deficiency reports.
• Communicate findings with customers, property managers, and AHJs.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams regarding repairs.
• Maintain inspection schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
