CertaSite in the United States seeks a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician Level III to perform inspection, testing, service and repairs of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring compliance with NFPA 25 and local codes. This fast-paced role offers growth within a mission-driven company and requires hands-on field work, problem solving, and strong customer communication.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience, NICET III certification preferred, and a valid U.S. driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of water-based fire protection systems layout.
• Ability to calculate basic math including fractions, decimals and percentages.
• Must understand and operate basic computer functions and industry software.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing of all types of fire sprinkler systems at required NFPA 25 frequencies.
• Troubleshoot and service fire sprinkler systems including pumps and related components.
• Record and document inspections, repairs, discrepancies, and recommendations.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Keep vehicle clean and stocked with parts and tools necessary for the job.
• Evaluate customer sites for additional equipment and services and ensure safety compliance.
