Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead installation projects across new, retrofit, and tenant-improvement sites. You will read blueprints, coordinate with the design team, and manage field operations to deliver quality work safely and on schedule.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of five years in the Fire and Life Safety industry, and a Sprinkler Apprenticeship through the Foreman Course.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Fire and Life Safety industry.
• Completed Sprinkler Apprenticeship program through the 4th year Foreman Course.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 14, 20, 24, 25.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to install sprinkler piping per design.
• Lead installation on new, retrofit, and tenant projects.
• Coordinate with AHJ for testing and issues.
• Manage job scheduling and progress efficiently.
• Provide on-site guidance to field installers and helpers.
• Interpret drawings and install from BIM designs.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and procedures.
