Continental Fire Sprinkler Company in Omaha, NE is seeking a Mid to Senior Sprinkler Designer with 10+ years of fire sprinkler design experience to lead design teams on high-profile projects. You will produce and review 3D models, design drawings, and hydraulic calculations, guiding projects from concept through installation.
You will mentor teammates, coordinate with MEP trades, and ensure plan submittals meet code requirements.
Competenze
- 10+ years of fire sprinkler design experience on complex projects.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in BIM, REVIT, AutoCAD, AutoSPRINK and related tools.
Mansioni
- Lead design of complex fire suppression systems for large-scale projects.
- Develop and review shop drawings and hydraulic calculations.
- Prepare plan and material submittals for review and approvals.
- Coordinate with building structure and other MEP subs to resolve conflicts.
- Prepare and validate material stock lists for procurement.
- Serve as technical resource for field troubleshooting.
- Mentor designers and perform quality-control reviews.
- Collaborate with PMs and estimators to manage design costs.
- Prepare as-built drawings for archives and client files.
