Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Fire Software portfolio, guiding cloud platforms, mobile apps, IoT integrations, and AI-enabled offerings. You will steer multiple engineering teams, shape technology strategy, and partner with Product Management, Architecture, Quality Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Business Leadership to deliver secure, scalable solutions for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 15+ years of software engineering experience with increasing responsibility.
7+ years of people leadership experience managing engineering teams and managers.
Proven track record leading large-scale SaaS, cloud-native, IoT, or enterprise software platforms.
Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices: cloud-native architecture, microservices, API-first development, DevSecOps, CI/CD, SRE, Agile.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams across cloud, platform, mobile, quality engineering, DevOps, and emerging tech domains.
Drive technology strategy, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making for large-scale initiatives.
Own engineering execution for strategic Fire Software initiatives and product roadmaps.
Deliver scalable SaaS platforms, connected services, monitoring, and compliance applications.
Drive Agile practices and operational rigor to ensure predictable delivery.
