Disney Parks Experiences and Products in Anaheim seeks a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to support development and sustainment of projects across Disneyland Resort and related properties. You will act as Owner's Technical Representative, manage contract document design, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and Disney guidelines.

The role requires 6+ years of fire protection experience, a CA PE license, and strong knowledge of NFPA/Building codes, with field experience and AutoCAD/Revit

Qualifications

• 6+ years of fire protection experience.
• CA Professional Engineer in Fire Protection.
• Working knowledge of Building & Fire Codes and NFPA standards.
• OSHA compliance experience with NFPA/ASTM/ICC/CFR developments.
• Field experience in design, integration, and construction of fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of fire modeling tools for egress analysis.
• Owner's representation and AHJ capacity.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner's Technical Representative on projects from concept through sustainment.
• Witness signing and sealing of construction documents as needed.
• Manage design and development of contract documents with in-house and outside resources.
• Coordinate design activities and monitor field installations to meet specs and codes.
• Review drawings, calculations, and specifications for code compliance.
• Perform site visits to solve issues and minimize schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enforce Disney design guidelines and standards.
