Qualifications
- Licensed PE with 8+ years experience on healthcare projects.
- Current Fire Protection Engineering license (FPE).
- NCEES registration required.
- ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
- High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Trace 3D, MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of fire protection and plumbing systems for healthcare facilities.
- Perform system calculations, LCCA, and equipment selections.
- Develop construction documents and project specifications.
- Ensure code compliance with NFPA, ASHRAE, and IBC standards.
- Conduct field investigations, site visits, and inspections.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
