Responsibilities
- Design fire protection and plumbing systems for healthcare projects.
- Develop construction documents and specifications.
- Perform system calculations and life-cycle cost analyses.
- Conduct field investigations and inspections.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients; mentor junior staff.
- Ensure code compliance with NFPA, ASHRAE, and IBC.
