Job summary

Apogee Consulting Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and coordinate building electrical systems and develop high‑quality construction documents for healthcare, commercial, and municipal projects.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of licensed experience, a PE license, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MEP, and Trace 3D, with exposure to LEED/Green Globes standards. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare design experience required.
• Current PE license; NCEES registration.
• 8+ years licensed professional experience.
• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• LEED/Green Globes or sustainability credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs electrical systems for healthcare, commercial, municipal, and office buildings with power backup.
• Directs designers and ensures conformance to project specifications.
• Develops construction documents and specifications.
• Performs field investigations and site visits.
• Adheres to NFPA70 (NEC) and related codes.
