Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IBC, NFPA, IFC, and local AHJ processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side fire protection and life-safety engineering for large-scale data center programs.
• Review fire protection drawings, hydraulics, and sequences of operation across project phases.
• Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction, insurers, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Define commissioning, testing, acceptance, and operational-readiness criteria for life-safety systems.
• Support incident reviews, risk assessments, and lessons learned to improve designs.
