Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Fire and Life Safety Systems. You will lead multi-project efforts, manage schedules, cost and subcontractors, and ensure regulatory compliance in the greater Orlando area.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, NFPA knowledge, and strong English communication. A Mechanical/Electrical Eng degree with NICET is preferred. Salary is published with a 10% target incentive, and full-time on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Technical experience in the commercial fire and life safety industry.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Knowledgeable of NFPA fire alarm codes and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; eligible for fleet program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate execution of project plans for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs.
• Deliver results for the respective process steps and project milestones.
• Guide technical or administrative staff on projects.
• Coordinate scheduling and resources; manage subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships and project documentation.
• Track project progress and changes; ensure safety compliance.
