Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Fire/Life Safety Systems to lead multiple projects in the Las Vegas area. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and client relationships while coordinating cross-functional teams and subcontractors.

The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, familiarity with NFPA codes, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. Bachelor’s degree preferred and NICET certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical experience in the commercial fire and life safety industry.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• NICET Level II or higher certification preferred.
• Knowledgeable of NFPA fire alarm codes and regulations.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and fleet eligibility.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple projects of small to medium complexity with financial impact.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure resources are aligned with project needs.
• Lead and guide technical or administrative staff on projects.
• Manage subcontractors and materials to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Pursue project-specific change orders and billing with accounting and operations.
