Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate multiple small to medium projects within the Smart Buildings segment. The role includes managing budgets ($250K–$7M), billing, and client satisfaction in alignment with Siemens standards. Qualified candidates will have an associate degree, 3+ years of project management experience, and knowledge of NFPA codes. OSHA 10, a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in English.
• Proven ability to manage projects with 3+ years experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA fire alarm codes and regulations.
• OSHA 10 certification at minimum.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple small to medium projects.
• Manage project billing, job cost reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and guide technical and administrative staff on projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors and procurement of materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and project close-out documentation.
