Responsibilities

• Prepare or direct the preparation of design documents, drawings, schematics and specifications.
• Lead project and design efforts from concept design through completion.
• Review shop drawings for conformance to plans and specs.
• Mentor and supervise designers and engineers; oversee staffing and project delivery.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business opportunities.
