Job summary

Sobieski Life Safety, a division of Newark, DE, seeks a full-time Senior Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Inspector to perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems in accordance with NFPA codes and local regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in fire alarm and sprinkler systems, NICET II/WBC certification, and strong attention to safety and detail. Excellent benefits and a flexible schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Fire Alarm & Fire Sprinkler experience.
• NICET II / WBC certification in testing and inspection is required.
• Proficiency in NFPA 25, NFPA 72, NFPA 13 electrical codes, OSHA requirements, and safety procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems per NFPA codes and local regulations.
• Work with fire alarm systems, wet/dry sprinkler systems, and special hazard systems.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate findings, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
