Sobieski Life Safety, a division of J.F. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc., is seeking a full-time Senior Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Inspector in Newark, DE.

The role includes inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire protection systems in line with NFPA codes and local regulations. Qualifications include 5+ years in fire alarm and sprinkler, NICET II / WBC, NFPA 25/72/13 proficiency, OSHA safety, and strong customer service with great attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Fire Alarm & Fire Sprinkler systems
• Proficiency in NFPA 25, 72 & 13 electrical codes, OSHA requirements, general work safety procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and maintain fire protection systems in accordance with NFPA codes and local regulations
• Work with fire alarm systems, wet and dry sprinkler systems, and special hazard suppression systems
• Ensure compliance and quality during field inspections
