We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales, Service located in Omaha, NE.
Leverage your customer service and relationship-building skills to help customers address fire alarm and special hazards system repairs, deficiencies, and modifications. You'll develop and follow up on proposals, manage projects from quote to completion, coordinate with subcontractors and field teams, and conduct site visits as needed. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You can stand out above other candidates by having at least two years of fire alarm and/or fire suppression system sales, field or design experience. Prior experience working within the service environment is preferable. Candidates must have excellent communication, a high level of detail orientation, and organizational skills. Delivering the highest quality customer experience will be essential. Current NICET Fire Protection Certification in the Fire Alarm and/or Special Hazards Systems field is preferred. The ability to obtain a NICET Fire Protection Certification may be required of candidates that currently do not hold a NICET certification. OSHA 10-hour training will be required within 90 days of the start of employment.
