ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager focused on Fire and Life Safety systems to lead electrical projects from inception to completion. You will oversee construction, design coordination, and ensure NEC compliance, schedule, budget, and profit targets.

Strong NICET credentials, independent problem solving, and collaboration with contractors and clients are essential. Local travel to regional projects is required; this role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with PM lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience and proficiency with fire alarm installations (Notifier/Siemens/Potter).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations; ability to read plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to meet NEC, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communications between contractors, subs, and clients.
• Authorize project staff selection and wage decisions; manage planning and scheduling.
• Assist in estimating, bid proposals, and purchase approvals.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance; maintain project docs and logs.
