The role blends project management with business analysis to own execution while partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and drive data-driven solutions.

The candidate will translate business needs into technical/data requirements, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Experience managing tech/data projects within a large enterprise, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Understanding core data concepts: attributes/elements, records/datasets, keys, relationships, lineage, mapping, and data quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects with planning, execution, timelines, risk management and delivery.
• Partner with business, technology, data and operations teams to define objectives, scope and deliverables.
• Translate business needs into clear technical and data requirements.
• Develop project plans, milestones and executive communications.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and stakeholder discussions.
• Analyze data requirements, data flows, attributes, relationships and business rules.
• Understand data source/target systems, transformations, mappings and dependencies.
• Identify data quality, reconciliation and completeness issues.
