FIS is seeking a Practice Consultant Senior to design and refine practice offerings that align with client needs and growth objectives. You will collaborate with sales, product management, and clients to tailor strategic technology projects within a practice area.

The role involves mentoring resources, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving thought leadership while travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong organization, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Deep knowledge of financial services industry and related practice area.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Defines, maintains and enhances practice offering to support business objectives and client needs.
• Designs and implements practice offerings to meet client requirements and market opportunities.
• Consults with sales, account management and clients to meet strategic business needs.
• Pre-sales support with sales to create and close opportunities, including proposals and pricing.
