Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC is seeking a Practice Consultant Senior to design and tailor practice solutions that meet client needs and future growth. You will work with sales, account management and clients to define offerings and address market opportunities, while guiding engagements from concept to delivery.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with product management, development and senior management, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Systematics or Profile in a technical or business role.
• Excellent organization, team-building, coaching and mentoring, project management and time management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and related practice specialty.
• Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others and travel 5–10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Defines, maintains and enhances practice offering to support business objectives, strategic development roadmap and client business needs.
• Designs, enhances and implements practice offering to support specific client requirements and address market opportunities.
• Consults with sales, account management and client on the appropriate practice offering to meet specific client requirements and strategic business needs.
• Consults with clients on the most strategic technology projects within a practice area.
• Serves as pre-sales support specialist with sales and account management to create and close sales opportunities.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to define and support assigned practice area.
• Nurtures relationships, defines consulting engagements to support relationship needs and sells the initiative.
• Maintains quality client relationships to gain referrals and achieve client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identifies business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience.
• Ensures practice provides industry thought leadership.
• Mentors and develops resources to grow practice knowledge.
• Researches and resolves critical issues related to practice.
• Provides technical and business domain expertise.
• Works directly with clients and may travel to client sites.
