Job summary

FIS is seeking a Practice Consultant Senior to design practice solutions and ensure engagements meet client needs and growth objectives. This role collaborates with sales, product management, and clients to define offerings and support successful engagements.

You will mentor team members, drive thought leadership in the practice, and travel 5%–10% as needed to engage with clients and prospects. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration is required, with experience in Systematics or Profile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Systematics or Profile in a technical or business role.
• Strong organization, team-building, coaching and mentoring, and time management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services and the practice area.

Responsibilities

• Defines and enhances the practice offering to support business objectives and client needs.
• Designs and implements offerings to address market opportunities.
• Consults with sales and management to meet client requirements.
• Works with clients on strategic technology projects within the practice area.
• Provides pre-sales support, develops proposals, and may travel to client sites.
• Collaborates with product management, development, and sales to define the practice.
• Mentors resources to grow practice knowledge and improve client relationships.
• Identifies process improvements for efficiency and client experience.
