Almond FinTech is seeking a hands-on, business-first Legal Counsel to lead legal affairs as we scale a fintech platform intersecting payments and crypto. The ideal candidate will advise on payments, regulatory compliance, digital assets, and securities law while drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements.

Required: JD from an accredited law school, licensed or license-eligible to practice, and 8+ years of fintech or financial services experience with strong regulatory exposure.

• 8+ years of relevant fintech, financial services, crypto, or payments experience.
• Strong regulatory exposure and experience with payments and digital assets.
