Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller to join its executive financial leadership team in New York. Reporting to the CFO, you will own accounting architecture, control environment, and regulatory reporting for a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will lead ICFR design, oversee GAAP disclosures, and manage month-end to year-end close, while partnering with external auditors and executive leadership to drive public-market

Qualifications

• CPA credential required and 15+ years in financial leadership.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP, FFIEC/regulated reporting, and governance.
• Proven ability to lead large controllership teams and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise-wide internal control structure and policy compliance.
• Design and oversee ICFR to meet FDICIA/SOX standards for a regulated bank.
• Direct accounting across credit channels and loan-related revenue and expenses.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes with consolidated reporting.
• Deliver SEC-level disclosures, footnotes, and MD&A style narratives.
• Drive ERP and analytics systems selection to scale reporting capabilities.
