Qualifications

• Experience working with customers and stakeholders across product, R&D, operations, commercial, and delivery teams.
• Ability to simplify complex topics, translate needs into requirements, and influence decisions at both customer and engineering levels.
• Extensive experience as a Software Architect, or in software/solution/platform architecture for complex distributed systems.
• Solid software development background with practical coding experience and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead front technical discussions with customers, partners, and internal teams; translate needs into software requirements and architectures.
• Guide decisions across applications, API, data, security, observability, resilience, and supportability.
• Collaborate with R&D architects and delivery teams to ensure customer-driven requirements are understood and achievable.
• Partner with security, risk, and compliance stakeholders to embed controls for identity, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support solution shaping, effort estimation, risk assessment, and value argumentation for opportunities.
• Contribute to architecture governance, standards, and reusable assets across Ericsson.
