Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7+ years of experience using JavaScript and Python.
• 4-6 years of experience developing applications targeting a major cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Deep expertise in FinTech analytics tools and personalization technologies including CJA, AEP, Target, AJO, RT/CDP.
• Strong experience in digital analytics and tag management tools (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium).
• Experience with personalization and campaign management using Adobe Target and AJO.
• Integrating personalization platforms with FinTech systems like Bloomreach (CMS) and Workfront.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable code and integrating platforms for data exchange.
• Experience gathering data via client-side approaches to improve UX and data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with agile processes and Git or similar VCS.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support application software.
• Collaborate with customers, business analysts, technology, and project teams to translate requirements.
• Provide technical guidance through the full software life cycle.
• Write clean code and give feedback on peers' code.
• Contribute to the full development life cycle and assist teammates as needed.
• Communicate complex concepts to both non-technical and technical partners.
• Create and maintain documentation.
