CVS Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager - FinOps to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of FinOps products across cloud and enterprise platforms. This senior individual contributor role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, cloud financial management, and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ work experience including 5+ years product management in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of direct product management experience in FinOps (cloud cost visibility, optimization, forecasting, allocation, anomaly detection, or savings realization).
• 3+ years of end-to-end product lifecycle management experience in agile environments.
• 3+ years of experience partnering across engineering, finance, cloud operations, architecture, and security to deliver product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for FinOps and adjacent digital capabilities.
• Own complex cross-functional roadmaps and backlogs.
• Advance FinOps capabilities across AWS, Azure, GCP and future private cloud environments.
• Align with engineering, finance, cloud ops, architecture, and security to shape product direction.
• Establish stakeholder feedback loops and translate insights into measurable outcomes.
• Develop frameworks and processes to improve prioritization and execution.
